• Radnor High School weight room.  RBCC will have access to the RHS weight room, and the high school will be home to our erg machines for the winter season.  The RHS weight room and facilities will be open to RBCC during the winter and will be used by the team for scheduled practices Monday – Friday for erg and strength training.
• C4 Training at ACAC (formerly Club La Maison in Wayne).  Coach Ken and RBCC have partnered with Mike McGee at C4 to provide professional weight training and physical conditioning for RBCC rowers.  We will have our own private sessions at 7:30 PM, Monday through Thursday evening from Dec. 2 – Feb. 20 (10 weeks including 2 weeks of holiday break).  Each rower will receive two (2) sessions of professional training per week at C4’s ACAC gym (20 sessions total per rower, 40 total sessions for RBCC).  The coaches and captains will split up the boys into two groups to go each week.
• Individualized training plan and goals for each rower.  The coaches and captains will be establishing goals for each rower this winter season and monitoring individual progress towards those goals by February 20.

Dues for the winter season will be $375.  This winter season is a unique opportunity for the RBCC boys to accelerate their development through the Spring and learn a tremendous amount in a short period of time. 
Because outside funding is being provided by C4 and RBCC supporters, this winter season is only open to those RBCC members who either rowed in Fall 2024 or are committed to row in the Spring 2025 season.
